Jiss Tech ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at jiss.tech and provides product engineering, custom web and mobile software, business systems, integrations, automation, and technology consulting. Our business address is 34 E 14th St, Bayonne, NJ 07002, United States.

Information we collect

• Website and analytics. When you visit our site, our hosting and analytics providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referrer, campaign parameters, session identifiers, and approximate region. Optional PostHog product analytics and session replay load only after consent. We disable form autocapture, mask every replay input, exclude the public lead-form areas, and disable replay collection of request/response bodies, headers, console logs, canvas, and cross-origin iframes. We also allowlist public page paths, reduce referrers to their origin, and pseudonymize campaign values before events are sent.
• Contact form. If you submit our contact form, we receive the fields you provide (for example name, email, phone, company, project type, message, and consent) so we can respond. Valid submissions are delivered server-to-server to a private team-notification channel through Discord.
• Form security. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser, device, and network information to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. The server validates each short-lived token before a form is delivered.
• Scheduling. If you book through an embedded scheduler (such as Calendly), that provider processes your information under their own privacy policy.
• Payments. If you use a payment link, the payment provider processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We may receive transaction status, amount, customer name, email, and provider identifiers for fulfillment and recordkeeping.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Operate, secure, and improve our website;
• Respond to inquiries and evaluate potential projects;
• Meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who assist us (for example hosting, PostHog analytics, Cloudflare form security, private Discord team notifications, scheduling, or payments), subject to appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of our business and users.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. Contact us to request deletion of inquiry data where applicable law allows.

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics in our notice and use browser controls to clear stored identifiers. PostHog also respects supported Do Not Track settings. Essential form-abuse protection still operates when optional tools are declined. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law; contact us with requests and we will respond as required.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
