How we work
Jiss Tech is a small, senior-oriented team based in Bayonne, NJ. We collaborate with clients across industries, with emphasis on implementations that actually get adopted—not shelfware. You will touch architecture, integrations, data quality, and the occasional late-night cutover plan.
What we look for
- Experience with modern web stacks, APIs, or enterprise platforms (CRM/ERP ecosystems a plus);
- Comfort translating business problems into technical milestones;
- Written and verbal clarity—our clients depend on it;
- Integrity with customer data and production systems.
We do not require a specific degree if your work demonstrates judgment and craft. Remote-friendly hybrid may be available for the right candidate; we will discuss expectations during screening.
